Ally Chen is an experienced instructor who has practiced Tai Chi for several years at Weixiaoke College in Shanghai. Our mission is to provide high-quality instruction and resources to help people learn and practice Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a moving meditation that has many benefits, including strengthening muscles, boosting the immune system, reducing stress levels, improving balance and reducing falls and offering a connection to nature.
